Discovery™ is an advanced diagnostic tool designed to detect wall thickness loss, corrosion, and material buildup such as hydrates, sand, asphaltene, scale, and wax. This technology can be applied to both piggable and unpiggable pipelines, online, without stopping production and without requiring pipe modifications.
Discovery™ is operated using an ROV and installed directly on the pipeline. Data is transmitted in real-time, enabling instant assessment of pipeline conditions directly on-site.
Unlike alternative methods such as ultrasonic or pulsed eddy current, Discovery™ eliminates the risks and high costs associated with coating removal and reinstallation.
